Our Process
Plan
The first stage of any construction project involves establishing a vision for your residential or light commercial build, outlining the goals and objectives of the project, and choosing an architect (if you haven't already). At this stage, our team will provide you with a budget estimation for your project.
Design
The design stage is where we work collaboratively with our client and the architect to decide on the layout and features of the residential or light commercial project through detailed drawings and schematics. Once this is completed, we will develop a timeline for your project.
Construct/Build
Once the pre-construction phase has wrapped up, the building phase can begin. Congratulations! During this stage, we take careful steps to ensure your project will be delivered on time and on budget. This includes constant monitoring of the project schedule and maintaining regular communication with all parties to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
